Have you always wanted to try Biathlon but have been shy to check it out? This event is open to 40 participants who will learn all the basics of biathlon marksmanship. We will run a fun relay during the event, rental equipment is available to all participants free of charge. People should be comfortable on cross-country skis but do not need ANY biathlon or firearms experience. Our athletes and coaches will guide you through the safety discussion, skiing and shooting session followed by a treat with hot chocolate or coffee to warm you up, all under the Sovereign Lake Nordic Club Biathlon Range lights. Warm refreshments and treats will be served after the event in the Biathlon Range Cabin.
