The Starting Block 10k has been a stalwart of the Kal RATS Running and Triathlon Club and Interior Running Association Road Race Series for over 30 years. The 10k course is flat and gentle rolling with an out and back loop through rural / residential and agricultural countryside. Age group awards for first 3 in age group. Expect ice and snow. 3km fun run is all paved flat loop out and back. No placing or awards for 3k.
