The video with the most votes in the Ameture and Professional Category will each receive a Grand Prize of $500. I accept the Prize and Contest as described above, and declare that I have complied with all rules and regulations as set out by the Contest Organizers (Vernon Winter Carnival Society) I confirm that I am a permanent resident of Canada and that I have reached the age of majority for the province in which I reside, and that neither I nor any member of my immediate family (or persons with whom they or I are domiciled with) is an employee or Director of Vernon Winter Carnival Society;I agree to the use of my name, photograph, voice and/or video image in any publicity carried out by Vernon Winter Carnival Society and/or its advertising or promotional agencies without payment or compensation and that I have the written consent of all entrants to be filmed and promoted through the online contest and that I have written parental consent from any minors appearing in the video; I release and hold harmless Vernon Winter Carnival, its affiliates, officers and directors, in respect of any injuries, accidents, costs, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses of every kind and nature whatsoever arising from or relating in any manner to the holding of this Contest or my participation in this Contest.
