Family Fun Park Vendor Application

By signing below, I agree to all the rules and regulations as stated. Liability Waiver: Vernon Winter Carnival Society reserves the right to refuse any application, should this occur, the fee will be refunded. The Registrant shall indemnify and hold harmless Vernon Winter Carnival Society, its directors, officers, contractors, agents, staff, volunteers and sponsors and releases (the “VWC Parties”) from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the Registrant’s use or occupancy of a location at the Family Fun Park event. Such indemnity includes, without limitation, all Claims which arise from the acts or omissions of those for whom the Registrant is responsible at law and all Claims relating to personal injury or defective or unfit products or services provided by the Registrant. The Registrant hereby releases Vernon Winter Carnival Society Parties from any Claim it may now or in the future have, suffer or incur at/or/in relation to the Carnival of Lights event, including without limitation, any Claim for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism, personal injury or any other loss or injury whatsoever, whether caused in whole or in part by the VWC Parties, by any person for whom any one or more VWC Party is responsible at law, or by any other person.
Booths are not insured by Vernon Winter Carnival Society or any sponsoring agents. Registrants must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Registrant assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of Registrant’s property.

Vendor fees will be invoiced by Vernon Winter Carnival Society once the application form has been received. Fees must be paid in full by February 1, 2023, one week prior to the event. Market vendors (wishing to sell items at the event) will be charged a $50 fee per day to participate.
