DESCRIPTION OF YOUR ENTRY

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE DECORATED - THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED

In order to promote the carnival theme and community spirit, preference will be given to those entrants who participate in decorating their floats. Vintage cars, dignitaries and some other entries may be excluded, but please decorate. If a float entry does not show up in decorated spirit, please be advised that you will be subject to a $50 fine and or exclusion from future parades. INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: The undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Winter Carnival Society and the Corporation of the City of Vernon and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, servants, affiliates, and volunteers, from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses, which arise out of or relate to, in any manner whatsoever, the undersigned’s participation, in any manner whatsoever, in the Winter Carnival Parade, (the “Parade”) including but not limited to, all preparation, participation, and activities, before and after the Parade, that arise out of or relate, in any manner whatsoever, to the Parade.
